About the Role
As an Account Executive at a construction technology company, you will own a European territory and manage mid-market sales from prospecting through close and account growth. You will help modernize traditional industries by selling B2B SaaS solutions to organizations that are still relying on manual processes.
What You'll Do
Build and qualify pipeline through cold outreach, direct prospecting, trade shows, and industry events.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to C-level negotiations and close.
Win mid-market accounts in manufacturing, logistics, construction, and trade, typically with 100 to 2,000 employees.
Close deals in the €25,000 to €40,000 range and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Work with BDR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop pipeline and support account growth.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in complex B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
A track record of closing B2B SaaS deals in the €15,000 to €20,000 range and winning mid-market accounts.
Experience building pipeline through cold outreach and independently managing a territory.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology.
Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
Experience selling to traditional European industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, or trade is preferred.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent background, strong performance against sales targets, and willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
€120,000 to €160,000 OTE annually, with uncapped upside. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with travel for client meetings and industry events.
