About the role

We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to own delivery of our most complex cross-functional work, reporting to the Head of Product and Data.

Our programs rarely live inside one team. A single launch can touch hardware in hundreds of stores, the content scheduling platform, data pipelines, measurement methodology, a partner's API, and a retailer's rollout calendar. You'll be the person who turns that into a plan, keeps it honest, and gets it shipped.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a real technical background. You won't write production code, but you'll be expected to understand the architecture well enough to challenge an estimate, spot a hidden dependency, and explain a technical tradeoff to a sales leader or a retail partner in plain language.

  3. Introduction to HR: Meet our HR team virtually to align on logistics, include compensation, in office expectations, benefit offerings. This is a great time to ask any questions you missed during your interview with the hiring manager.
  4. Technical Interview: Visit our office in-person or remotely for a technical interview that relates to the role. You’ll respond to a prompt, and our team will ask questions to better understand your skillset.
  5. Virtual Values Interview: Meet with two Grocery TV employees who you’ll work cross functionally with to discuss team collaboration. This is a perfect opportunity for you to ask us questions, too!
  6. Virtual Leadership Interview: Lastly, all candidates have a final interview with a member of the leadership team. This conversation gives you the opportunity to reflect on the interview process and affirm this is the right role for you.
