Roles and responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will center around project coordination and operations. Tasks may include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings across multiple time zones, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and decisions.
Communicate and coordinate across time zones with globally distributed stakeholders
Create and maintain project trackers with clear timelines, tasks, owners, and status updates.
Proactively follow up on action items and dependencies to support on-time project delivery.
Organize and maintain project documentation, deliverables, and other project artifacts.
Own progress reporting for major projects, including preparing regular updates on milestones, risks, blockers, and next steps.
Support project teams with day-to-day coordination and administrative activities as needed.

Requirements:

Willingness to participate in calls from 7:30 PM –10:00 PM Bangkok time (Mon - Thu).

6–12 months of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related role.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Basic project-management knowledge or training.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable following up with stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
Comfortable working with project trackers, documentation, and collaboration tools.
