Overview:1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Location: Vinings, GA proudly serving the greater Atlanta area
Pay: $23-30/hr+ ($11 base + Profit Sharing + Tips) including:
- Overtime as needed
Schedule: Full-time: 4–5 shifts per week
- 1 mandatory weekend shift 3–4 weekday shifts
- Shifts run 8–12 hours and may fall anywhere between 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on business needs
- Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week

Role Overview: As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
No prior junk removal experience required — Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you.

Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles): DOT Medical Certification
- A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
