About the Team

The Growth Engineering team builds experiences and platforms that drive sustainable growth across the Poshmark marketplace. The team works across the customer journey—from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, retention, and reactivation—using technology, data, and experimentation to create meaningful customer and business impact.

Growth Engineering operates in highly collaborative, cross-functional squads, partnering closely with Product, Design, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, and other engineering teams.

As Director of Engineering (Growth), you will lead multiple engineering teams and managers responsible for critical growth initiatives across Poshmark. You will shape the technical strategy, build strong engineering leaders, and create a culture focused on customer outcomes, experimentation, execution, and engineering excellence.

This is not a pure management role. We expect our Directors to have the technical depth to engage in architecture discussions, challenge technical decisions, and help teams navigate complex technical and product problems.
