About Poseidon Aerospace:

Poseidon Aerospace is reimagining how the world moves goods. We build and operate full-size autonomous cargo aircraft - capable of carrying two tons of payload over a thousand nautical miles. From remote communities to contested logistics operations, our platforms unlock a new cost curve for air freight, making it faster, cheaper, and accessible anywhere it's needed. Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with locations in Washington DC, Oregon, and Maine; we're building something consequential.

About the role

Our commercial team is building the business that brings Poseidon’s aircraft into the world. This means understanding where our technology can create the most value, developing markets, and building the customer relationships and partnerships that support a new approach to air cargo.

As a Commercial GTM Associate, you will be on the frontlines of that effort, building customer relationships, developing new markets, launching services, and selling air cargo. You will work across commercial strategy, partnerships, and regulatory and operational requirements to close new cargo business. The role involves frequent travel and close collaboration with customers, partners, and our engineering, regulatory, and operations teams. You will take ownership from the first customer conversation through commercial agreements, service launch, and continued growth.

We are looking for a generalist with a high work rate, intellectual curiosity, and the resourcefulness to make progress in unfamiliar environments. You should be excited by the breadth of work involved in building a company and willing to take responsibility for problems whose solutions are not yet obvious. Your understanding of customers and markets will help shape both our commercial direction and what we build.

What we’re looking for

A background in air cargo or logistics is valuable, but not required. Nontraditional backgrounds are welcome. We care more about how quickly you learn and what you are capable of becoming than a particular degree, industry background, or number of years of experience.
