Role

We’re looking for a Lead Influencer Manager to drive influencer strategy and execution across high-impact global client accounts while leading and developing part of the influencer team.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends client work with formal people management, process building, creative leadership, and operational ownership.

You will lead strategy on key accounts, directly manage a group of ~4-6 Influencer Marketing Managers, and work closely with the Head of Influencer Marketing to make sure the influencer function runs smoothly, scales through strong team performance, and keeps improving.

What you’ll do

• Team Management & People Development

  Directly manage ~4-6 Influencer Marketing Managers. Provide day-to-day coaching, run regular performance reviews, and build clear growth roadmaps for each person. Act as the escalation point for complex influencer decisions and blockers within your group.

• Process Building & Documentation

  Build and maintain well-structured processes, playbooks, and dashboards that make campaign and team performance easy to track. Spot what can work better, propose the improvement, and own its rollout.

• Strategy & Creative Leadership

  Define influencer and content strategies tailored to client objectives – formats, creator profiles, and creative direction that drive performance. Compile creative research, surface trends, and bring out-of-the-box ideas to the team and to clients.

• Campaign Oversight & Delivery Quality

  Be accountable for how campaigns run across your group's accounts, from strategy through reporting. The IMMs run day-to-day execution; you set the direction, review the key decision points, and step in when things drift, so every program ships on time, within scope, and to a high-quality bar.

• Content & Quality Control

  Approve influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment before launch. Flag off-brief content early, course-correct, and turn creative patterns into learnings for future rounds.

• Performance & Optimization

  Monitor results against awareness, traffic, and conversion goals, and continuously optimize creator mix, formats, and pacing. Turn performance insights into clear strategy updates.

• Airtable & Ops Ownership

  Own and evolve the influencer operations system – Airtable structures, automations, and workflows. Keep creator data, rates, deliverables, and rationale accurate and client-ready, with every account running on the system without manual workarounds.

• Sales Support & Proposals

  Support new business and account growth by building influencer strategies for proposals and contributing to pricing and deliverable structure, keeping every proposal grounded in what the team can actually deliver.

• Leadership Collaboration & Strategic Partnership

  Work closely with the Head of Influencer Marketing on account priorities, team health, and best practices. Be an ideation partner – stay current on the creator economy and bring outside knowledge into strategy discussions.

• Risk Management & Communication

  Spot problems before anyone else does, flag them early, and drive solutions. Clearly document decisions, trade-offs, and next steps for clients and internal teams.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in influencer marketing with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns for brands

• Experience managing or mentoring team members, with a structured approach to coaching and performance development

• Ability to translate client briefs into influencer strategies, creative direction, and execution plans

• Strong instincts for content formats, creator-brand fit, and what converts across platforms

• A builder mindset – you document well, create digestible processes and dashboards, and take ownership of improving how things work

• Comfortable working in structured systems (Airtable, Notion, ClickUp or similar) and keeping workflows clean

• Passionate about the creator economy, up to date on industry case studies and market trends, and hungry for knowledge

• Confident, clear communicator with senior stakeholders, especially US-based clients. Fluent English is a must

• Agency experience and exposure to proposals or pitching is a plus
