We are looking for a hands-on CRM Specialist to build, run and improve the lifecycle communication that helps traders at every stage of their journey with FTMO. You will join our CRM team within Content and work directly with the Lead CRM Specialist.
You will own the day-to-day execution of our HubSpot programme: building automated flows, segmenting a large contact base, keeping our sending reputation healthy and making sure every email can be tied back to revenue. This is a practical, high-ownership role for someone who likes clean data as much as good copy, and who wants to see the direct business impact of their work.
What can you expect?
Lifecycle & automation build: Build, launch and maintain automated email flows in HubSpot across the trader journey: registration, onboarding, unpaid-order reminders, reactivation, retention and win-back. Extend existing flows for new products and programmes and make sure triggers, delays and branching logic work as designed.
Segmentation & data hygiene: Build and maintain lists, segments and properties in a portal of several million contacts. Help decide which audiences are marketed through HubSpot and which are served through our secondary sending tools, so we reach the right traders without inflating platform costs. Keep suppression, consent and unsubscribe data accurate across systems.
Deliverability & email health: Monitor delivery, bounce, spam-complaint and engagement rates by sending source and domain. Flag and fix low-quality segments, set up a regular health-tracking cadence and work with IT on domain authentication and sender reputation.
Campaign execution: Set up, QA and send one-off and recurring campaigns (product launches, promotions, education and community updates) in line with the content calendar. Brief copy and design with the Content and Multimedia teams, and apply FTMO's tone of voice to every send.
Testing & optimisation: Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, content and flow structure. Document results and turn them into playbook updates. Support holdout tests that show the true incremental impact of email.
Reporting & attribution: Tag every email to a campaign, keep tracking and source data clean and work with BI to connect sends to paid orders. Report on open rate, CTR, conversion rate and revenue per send, and turn the numbers into recommendations.
Partner & stakeholder coordination: Work day-to-day with our external CRM agency partner, as well as Product, Growth, Product Marketing, Support and Risk, so that messaging, timing and audience targeting stay aligned.
AI & automation: Use AI tools to speed up segmentation analysis, copy variants, QA and reporting. Document what works so the rest of the team can adopt it.
What do we expect from you?
CRM & email marketing: 2–4 years of hands-on experience running lifecycle and campaign email, ideally in fintech, trading, subscription, e-commerce or SaaS.
HubSpot: Required. Proven experience building workflows, lists, properties and reports in HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar tools like Marketo Engage, Klaviyo, or Salesforce.
Scale: Experience working with large contact databases (hundreds of thousands to millions of contacts) and high send volumes.
Deliverability: Practical understanding of sender reputation, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), list hygiene and consent management.
Industry knowledge: Familiarity with trading or financial services is an advantage, as is an understanding of how traders make decisions.
Language: Excellent command of English. Czech or other languages are a plus.
Analytical mindset: Comfortable reading dashboards (HubSpot, GA4), building segments from data and explaining results in plain language. Basic SQL or spreadsheet modelling is a plus.
Testing: Experience planning and reading A/B tests and knowing when a result is meaningful.
Attribution: Understanding of campaign tagging, UTM tracking and how email connects to revenue in a CRM.
Writing & brand: Able to write and edit clear email copy and follow a brand tone of voice.
Process: Organised and detail-oriented, with a habit of QA-ing before sending and documenting what you build. Comfortable with Asana or similar tools.
Collaboration: Able to work with agencies and technical teams, give clear briefs and push for answers.
AI & automation: Curious about AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini) and already using them in your work.
Tools: Basic HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
