The Opportunity

We are seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Growth to drive net-new partnerships across the Northeast, who will consultatively build and close relationships with health systems, large physician groups, and ACOs participating in Medicare’s Value Based Care programs. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated industry leader to build and execute a strategy that provides scalable success within the region and across the organization.

What You'll Do

As Vice President, Enterprise Growth, you will drive net-new growth for Pearl's Northeast regional team, reporting to the Market President, Northeast. You will personally own and execute a full cycle acquisition strategy to identify, open and win new partnerships with health systems, large physician groups, ACOs, and IPAs participating in Medicare Value Based Care. Final compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including a candidate's relevant skills, experience, labor market conditions, and location.
