Role Overview

The League Operations Lead is accountable for the overall operational success of an assigned baseball league or operational pillar, ensuring live operations are delivered safely, consistently, and at the highest quality. Acting as the operational owner for the league, this role provides collaboration across Operations, Technical Operations, Product, Engineering, Field Service, and partner teams to drive alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The League Operations Lead maintains end-to-end visibility across league operations, ensuring operational readiness, staffing, hardware readiness, technical support, service quality, and strategic initiatives remain aligned throughout the season. Working closely with Operations Leadership and Senior Leads, this role ensures the right teams are focused on the right priorities while proactively managing operational risks, supporting hardware deployments, and driving long-term operational improvements.
