About the Role
Lead paid acquisition across international markets for a growing AI communications SaaS company. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team and go-to-market managers, using structured experimentation and accountable budget management to improve customer acquisition and conversion outcomes.
What You'll Do
Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple international markets.
Manage substantial advertising budgets with a performance-focused approach.
Own tracking and conversion setup, including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
Design and run systematic tests of campaign structures and landing pages.
Analyze experiment results, apply learnings, and iterate to deliver measurable improvements.
Adapt campaign strategies to different market dynamics and collaborate with performance and go-to-market colleagues.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of relevant experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Experience managing large paid media budgets and scaling campaigns across international markets.
Hands-on knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion tracking.
A structured, analytical mindset, with a strong track record of testing and iteration.
Professional English communication skills; German language skills are also required.
Experience in performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or an AI-related business.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: €65,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
This is an on-site role based in Vienna, Austria.
