Customer Success Partner, Enterprise (Paris)
As a Customer Success Partner at CreatorIQ, you will serve as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of high-level enterprise customers, helping them achieve meaningful business outcomes through their creator marketing programs. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their goals and align them with CreatorIQ’s platform capabilities, driving long-term adoption, value realization, and program success.
This role will support some of our largest and most sophisticated European customers, with significant representation across beauty, fashion, and luxury. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong understanding of the creator and influencer marketing ecosystem and can confidently advise customers on how to evolve and scale their programs.
You’ll build trusted, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders, both virtually and in person, and serve as a proactive partner throughout the customer lifecycle. Customer Success Partners are experts in the CreatorIQ platform, fluent in creator and influencer marketing strategy, and passionate about delivering measurable business impact.
You will own the health and retention of your portfolio and will be measured on outcomes including gross retention, platform adoption, customer health, and value realization. As a Paris-based member of a broader European team, you’ll also need to be highly self-directed, comfortable operating with autonomy, and able to build strong internal and customer relationships across locations.
What you’ll do:
Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of complex enterprise customers, aligning CreatorIQ’s capabilities to their business goals and driving measurable value.
Bring creator and influencer marketing expertise to customer conversations, helping customers evolve their strategies, solve challenges, and build sophisticated, scalable creator programs.
Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations, from day-to-day users to senior and executive stakeholders.
Drive platform adoption and customer success by understanding each customer’s strategy, analyzing engagement, and identifying opportunities to increase value.
Lead strategic engagements including success planning, business reviews, roadmap discussions, and in-person meetings as appropriate.
Own customer health and retention across your portfolio, proactively identifying risk and coordinating action plans to support long-term success.
Maintain strategic account plans that capture customer goals, key stakeholders, adoption opportunities, risks, and growth opportunities.
Identify opportunities to deepen customer adoption and expand the value of CreatorIQ across their organizations.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Services, Support, and Product to deliver a cohesive customer experience and resolve needs effectively.
Act as the voice of the customer internally while staying current on CreatorIQ capabilities and creator marketing trends, strategies, and best practices to bring relevant insights to customers.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across Europe and globally while operating with a high degree of ownership and independence from Paris.
Travel within Europe for customer and company meetings as needed, including regular travel to London and occasional travel to other European markets.
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
Deep knowledge of creator and influencer marketing, with professional experience working directly with creator programs, platforms, campaigns, or strategies.
3+ years of experience in a strategic, enterprise customer-facing role within creator/influencer marketing, marketing technology, a relevant brand, agency, or SaaS environment.
Experience supporting complex enterprise brands and accounts, with the ability to navigate large customer organizations and multiple stakeholders.
Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or luxury experience strongly preferred, particularly experience working directly with enterprise brands in these industries.
Proven ability to manage toward business KPIs, retention goals, customer health, and customer advocacy metrics.
Experience identifying customer risk and contributing to retention, renewal, and growth strategies.
Skilled at building credibility and relationships across multiple levels, from daily platform users to Director, VP, and executive stakeholders.
Confident independently leading strategic customer conversations, including success planning, business reviews, executive conversations, and roadmap discussions.
Comfortable translating customer goals into actionable creator marketing and platform strategies with measurable outcomes.
Able to use customer, adoption, and performance data to identify risk, uncover opportunities, and tell compelling stories.
Strong strategic thinker who can also manage the day-to-day execution and follow-through required to move customer initiatives forward.
Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed, with the ability to effectively manage a portfolio of complex enterprise customers while working independently.
A can-do, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Collaborative and experienced working cross-functionally with teams such as Implementation, Support, Product, Services, Insights, and Sales.
Fluent French required, with strong professional English communication skills. Additional European languages are a plus.
Based in Paris or within reasonable commuting distance and comfortable working independently as part of a distributed European team.
Willing and able to travel regularly within Europe, particularly to London, as customer and business needs require.
Comfortable with customer success and productivity tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Notion, Jira, or similar platforms.
