About the Role
Join the founding sales team at a seed-stage software company serving trades businesses. You will start with outbound prospecting and progress to owning the full sales cycle, helping build the sales approach and team as the business grows.
What You'll Do
Make daily outbound calls to qualified roofing business owners and book discovery meetings.
Refine call scripts and objection handling based on conversations with prospects.
Progress from setting meetings to running demos, managing objections, sending contracts, and closing deals.
Own sales outcomes and document a repeatable approach for future team members.
Track sales activity and maintain prospect and deal information in the CRM.
What We're Looking For
At least one year of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in outbound sales, with a record of meeting quota.
Experience with high-volume cold calling and securing prospect meetings.
Native-level German proficiency for conversations with business owners.
Confidence managing deals end-to-end, or readiness to take on full-cycle sales within the first few months.
Experience with CRM tools, sales activity tracking, and reporting.
SMB, trades, craft-business, or owner-operator sales experience is useful.
A resilient, coachable, self-directed approach to working through rejection and acting on incomplete information.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is €50,000 base salary with €90,000 on-target earnings. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site, five days a week in Berlin, Germany. Candidates should be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
