What if your next Pega opportunity could take your career beyond traditional application development and put your work directly in support of the nation's most critical national security missions?
We're looking for an experienced Pega Lead Systems Architect to join a team supporting the Intelligence Community where enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and mission operations come together. You'll work on applications and business systems that support thousands of government personnel and mission partners across secure environments – helping enable everything from workforce management and recruitment to security processing, finance, acquisitions, training, logistics, and executive decision-making.
If you want to apply your technical expertise to something bigger, this is an opportunity to help power the enterprise systems that keep our nation's security mission moving. Your work will help equip the federal workforce, enable critical government operations, support the warfighter, and strengthen the technology infrastructure behind our national security. Bring your Pega expertise to a mission where reliable, secure technology helps protect the nation and the people who defend it.
And if you don't already hold a clearance, that's no problem. For the right Pega professional, we will support you through the process of obtaining a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph. This is an opportunity to bring the Pega expertise you've build in the commercial world into an environment where the technology you develop supports something much bigger than the bottom line.

- Design and build Pega case types, workflows, data models, UI, integrations, and reusable components.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions and user stories.

- Lead legacy application modernization initiatives.
- Support deployment and integration across environments.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, security, compliance, maintainability, and performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and support solution acceptance and testing.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning, solution design, development and release activities.
- Develop standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Product Owners, Pega technical teams, contract team, users, etc.
- Maintain technical and product documentation and support customer success activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Pega applications.
