About the Opportunity
Do you want to play a key role in shaping the evolution of the market's most innovative and impactful digital advertising formats? Are you energized by fast-paced ad tech environments, multicultural collaboration, and building high-trust partnerships with top media agencies and global brands?
As an Account Manager in our Milan hub, you will take full ownership of post-sale client relationships and campaign execution across our omnichannel platform. Working hand-in-hand with our Sales, Creative Studio, and Publishing teams, you will ensure seamless campaign delivery, champion performance optimizations, and identify commercial growth opportunities for agency partners and direct advertisers across Italy.
What Will You Do?
1. Client Relationship & Commercial Growth
- Serve as the dedicated strategic point of contact for media agency planners, buyers, and direct brand advertisers across the Italian market.
- Partner with the Sales team during pre-sales and briefing phases, providing media planning insights, inventory feasibility, technical advice, and creative format recommendations.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by demonstrating performance wins, incremental audience reach, and innovative format capabilities.
- Lead regular client status meetings, post-campaign reviews (PCARs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to build long-term retention and account loyalty.
2. Campaign Setup & End-to-End Delivery
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of multi-channel digital campaigns (Video, Display, CTV, Native, and Performance) from brief validation to final billing reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate campaign setup, creative asset verification, tracking implementation (third-party tags, pixel tracking, UTMs), and strict adherence to SLAs and brand-safety standards.
- Deliver campaigns on Teads platforms and consultatively support clients in their self-serve and third-party DSP activities.
- Monitor live delivery and pacing daily to guarantee full budget fulfillment and KPI attainment (e.g., VTR, CTR, Viewability, Attention metrics, CPA/ROAS).
- Collaborate with internal teams and Supply/Publisher teams to troubleshoot delivery bottlenecks and optimize yield across our premium publisher network.
3. Analytics, Optimization & Reporting
- Leverage reporting platforms and analytics suites to extract data-driven insights and conduct in-flight optimizations.
- Conduct thorough mid- and post-campaign analysis, synthesizing complex performance data into clear, actionable client presentations.
- Benchmark campaign performance against industry standards and deliver strategic takeaways that inform clients’ future media investments.
What Will You Bring to the Team?
- Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years of account management, media planning, or campaign management experience within a digital media agency, ad tech company, or digital publisher.
- Ad Tech & Media Fluency: Solid understanding of the Italian digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, direct IOs, video advertising standards (VAST/VPAID), viewability measurement (DoubleVerify, IAS, Moat), and web analytics.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with large datasets; highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) and PowerPoint for executive client presentations.
- Client-Centric & Commercial Acumen: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ownership, Organization & Autonomy: Strong sense of accountability towards making things happen, organizational abilities, acute attention to detail, and the agility to manage multiple high-stake campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency in Italian and professional working proficiency in English (essential for regional and global collaboration).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
