For over four decades, PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PAR) has been a leader in restaurant technology, empowering brands worldwide to create lasting connections with their guests. Embracing our "Better Together" ethos, we offer Unified Customer Experience solutions, combining point-of-sale, digital ordering, loyalty and back-office software solutions as well as industry-leading hardware and drive-thru offerings. To learn more, visit partech.com or connect with us on LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who has built something from 0-to-1 or scaled a product through the 10-to-100 stage. You'll own a meaningful slice of our restaurant technology platform, working across a variety of ecosystems products that process billions of transactions annually for QSR and Retail brands globally.

This role sits inside a product organization that's actively expanding. You'll have real scope, real customer exposure, and real influence on architectural and commercial decisions. You'll also have to earn it as we operate lean, ship fast, and expect you to have opinions.

What you'll own

•End-to-end product ownership for a defined product area within restaurant operating system including roadmap definition, prioritization, launch, and post-launch iteration.

•Direct customer relationships with restaurant brands and integration partners including challenging conversations about scope, timelines, and trade-offs.

•PRDs and product decisions that engineering, design, and go-to-market teams can execute against.

•Cross-team coordination with engineering leads in India and the US, product peers, sales engineering, and customer success.

•Data-driven decisions you'll pull your own numbers when you need to and speak to stakeholders by bringing data points and not anecdotes.

What we're looking for

Experience (required)

•6-10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise SaaS, POS, or payments domains.

•At least one meaningful 0-to-1 launch or one meaningful 10-to-100 scaling journey where you were the primary product manager.

•Direct experience with API-driven platforms, integration ecosystems, or multi-tenant SaaS.

•Demonstrated ability to write clear, decision-oriented PRDs.

•Curiosity and demonstrated success at bringing AI-driven use cases into the Product Development life cycle.

Experience (strongly preferred)

•Restaurant tech, retail tech, or vertical SaaS background.

•Experience working across US and India time zones with distributed engineering teams.

•Payments experience payment processors, gateway integrations, refunds/chargebacks, or PCI-adjacent work.

Traits that matter

•Comfortable with data and bringing those into decision making.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Judgment to distinguish "customer said they want X" from "customer needs X".

•Ownership instinct: the person who follows up without being asked, updates JIRA without being reminded, and closes loops without being nagged.

•Ability to push back on senior stakeholders (engineering leadership, sales, executives) with data and reasoning, not deference.

What we're not looking for

•Someone whose primary product experience is running scrum ceremonies.

•Someone who needs a fully defined problem before they can move.

•Someone who confuses "AI-first" as a resume line with shipping AI-integrated products.
