You’ll lead recruiting across our whole enterprise. You’ll find the analysts, strategists, creatives and client partners who care about the mission as much as the craft. You’ll own hiring from first conversation to accepted offer. You’ll also help shape how we tell our story to the people we want to hire.

What you’ll do
- Partner with hiring managers across our companies to define what great looks like before a role opens
- Source, screen and guide candidates through a hiring process that is structured, fair and respectful of their time
- Build lasting talent pipelines and communities for the roles we hire most often and the ones that are hardest to fill
- Research market pay, prepare offers with our Total Rewards team, and negotiate within approved ranges
- Champion internal mobility so our own people can grow their careers with us
- Lead our employer brand across careers pages, postings and social media, and represent us at recruitment and industry events
- Set consistent interview standards and scorecards, train hiring managers, and teach interviewing to our hiring teams.
- Track the metrics that matter (time to fill, source of hire, offer acceptance, quality of hire) and keep improving how we hire
- Keep our hiring compliant with EEO, pay transparency and background check requirements, and keep our ATS records clean
What you bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including in-house recruiting across multiple functions or business units
- Strong skills with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools; HRIS experience (such as UKG) is a plus
- A candidate-first mindset, and the judgment to balance speed, quality and fairness
- Enthusiasm for partnering with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, and for finding people who are excited to advance their missions
- Bonus points for experience recruiting for agencies, consulting firms, data organizations or nonprofit-serving organizations; building employer brand programs; or recruiting across multiple companies or after an acquisition
- AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Base salary of $83,000 - $110,000. Where you land depends on your experience and skills.

Location
This is a remote role with occasional travel to connect with teams and attend events. We prefer candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zone so you can collaborate in real time during our core hours of 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Eastern.
