You Will...
- Lead strategic discovery and research for complex client engagements.
- Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, audience definitions, customer journeys, and strategic recommendations.
- Plan and facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative working sessions.
- Design and execute primary and secondary research initiatives.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into compelling insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develop creative briefs, experience strategies, and strategic frameworks that guide cross-functional teams.
- Partner closely with Creative Directors, Client Partners, Designers, and Producers throughout project lifecycles.
- Help shape new business opportunities by contributing strategic thinking during pitches and discovery conversations.
- Continue evolving STRUCK's strategy processes, templates, methodologies, and thought leadership.
- Identify opportunities to integrate emerging research methods, AI tools, and innovation practices into our strategic work.
You Have...
- 3+ years of experience in strategy within an agency, consulting, innovation, or brand environment.
- Proven experience leading strategy for complex brands and multidisciplinary projects.
- Expertise in:
- Brand positioning
- Messaging architecture
- Audience definition
- Customer experience strategy
- Journey mapping
- Workshop facilitation
- Insight synthesis
- Strategic recommendations
- Experience conducting both primary and secondary research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- The ability to simplify ambiguity into compelling narratives and actionable plans.
- Experience collaborating across creative, digital, experiential, and physical environments.
- A strong appreciation for design, storytelling, user experience, and business strategy.
