About the Role
As the founding Account Executive, you will lead early go-to-market efforts for the US market at an AI communications SaaS company. Working closely with the founders and an international, cross-functional team, you will win initial customers, validate the sales approach, and help build a repeatable path to growth.
What You'll Do
Support the US launch by developing localized landing pages, messaging, and basic demand-generation tracking with marketing.
Lead discovery calls, product demos, negotiations, and early customer deals.
Turn customer and sales learnings into a repeatable sales process and playbook for the US market.
Identify and activate local partners, including developing co-selling opportunities.
Onboard and support initial customers, gathering feedback to improve the product and positioning.
Collaborate with founders and international marketing and technology teammates to launch and iterate quickly.
Grow into the primary US market owner, with the potential to hire and lead a local team.
What We're Looking For
Experience building and running early-stage SaaS go-to-market efforts for the US, including discovery, demos, closing, and establishing a repeatable sales motion.
Prior founder or operator experience, or strong sales, business development, partnerships, or growth experience at a high-growth SaaS startup.
Experience building partner channels and co-selling programs, onboarding and supporting customers, and using feedback to improve product positioning.
Experience creating localized marketing pages and messaging, and tracking demand and funnel performance using CRM and sales analytics tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Background selling AI or SaaS solutions to US small and medium-sized businesses is valuable, especially in AI-powered communications.
Strong ownership, communication, strategic planning, and hands-on execution skills, with comfort working across marketing and product or engineering.
Native English fluency and willingness to work from Vienna for 3 to 6 months for onboarding and kickoff.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site role based in the United States, with an initial 3 to 6 months working from Vienna for onboarding and kickoff. Relocation or a remote setup may be possible afterward.
