About the Role
Join a product engineering team building AI-powered voice communication software for businesses. You will own customer-facing features from early discovery through production, helping shape the product through hands-on engineering and direct customer feedback.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS.
Speak with customers, gather feedback, and use user testing to understand needs and validate product ideas.
Break opportunities into focused releases, ship frequently, and iterate based on customer insights and product metrics.
Contribute to feature prioritization and roadmap decisions for AI voice products.
Make pragmatic architecture and implementation decisions across the frontend and backend.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of fullstack engineering experience delivering customer-facing SaaS products and end-to-end web features.
Production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; experience with NestJS is preferred.
Native German proficiency and fluent English.
Experience with product discovery, customer feedback, experimentation, and using metrics to inform decisions.
A high-ownership, pragmatic approach and comfort working in a fast-moving product environment.
Experience integrating LLMs, deploying AI services, or working with GDPR and European AI regulations is beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €80,000 to €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
