In This Role, Your Goals Will Be

In Three Months

Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, brand objectives, target audiences, and media requirements.
Build effective relationships with clients, internal teams, media partners, and key stakeholders.
Understand existing media solutions, project workflows, commercial processes, and reporting requirements.
Support the development of client presentations, proposals, and integrated media recommendations.
Assist in coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring timely execution of assigned deliverables.

In Six Months

Independently manage assigned media solutions projects and contribute to client planning discussions.
Identify opportunities across media, content, entertainment, sports, and partnerships to meet client objectives.
Develop compelling presentations and proposals that address client needs and demonstrate commercial value.
Manage project timelines, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and execution requirements effectively.
Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, improve delivery, and support business development.

In 12 Months

Lead assigned media solutions projects from ideation and planning through execution and evaluation.
Build trusted client and partner relationships that contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
Develop innovative media opportunities that support revenue generation and business growth.
Demonstrate strong commercial ownership through effective budget management and project delivery.
Support team development by sharing knowledge, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining high delivery standards.

What Your Day Job Looks Like at WPP Media

Develop integrated media solutions aligned with client objectives, marketing priorities, and target audiences.
Build client presentations, proposals, pitches, and strategic recommendations to communicate media opportunities effectively.
Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams, media owners, publishers, content creators, and external partners.
Lead project coordination from ideation through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliverables are met.
Monitor industry trends, evaluate performance insights, identify commercial opportunities, and recommend improvements to support business growth.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field from a reputable institution.
3–5 years of relevant professional experience in media, advertising, integrated marketing, content, entertainment, or partnerships.
Demonstrated experience supporting client relationships, developing presentations, and coordinating projects or campaigns.
Exposure to integrated media solutions, business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
