Oula delivers maternity care built around our patients—offering comprehensive support before, during, and after pregnancy. With fewer C-sections and higher VBAC success rates, our research-backed approach is delivering better outcomes. Our team of trusted midwives, OBGYNs, and dedicated care navigators ensure our patients get the type of care they need in the moments that matter most.

Since launching in 2021, we’ve expanded to include Preconception and Miscarriage Care, Pregnancy Care, Postpartum Support, and Gynecology. We currently have 4 clinics in the tri-state area, with three new clinics opening in 2026! Come join our team of clinicians, innovators, operators, and technologists passionate about setting a new standard in maternity care.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Patient Care Associate to join our collaborative maternity practice. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

In this role, you’ll be a primary point of contact for patient inquiries and will work closely with our Customer Experience, Clinical Operations, and clinical teams to ensure smooth, supportive patient journeys. This early-career position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys working on a dynamic, mission-driven team.

This is a full-time role at our Charlotte Clinic, 129 Greenwich Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211

Our Values: ECHOES

These six values guide how we work with patients and with each other.

Excellence. We care deeply about our patients, our work, and each other. That care drives a growth mindset: always learning, iterating, and raising the bar on what is possible.

Candor. We care enough to be candid. We have hard conversations with respect, empathy, and clarity, because avoiding them does a disservice to our patients, our teammates, and the business.

Humanity. We lead with curiosity and listen to understand. We seek out perspectives shaped by different identities, cultures, and lived experiences. We recognize that each of us is a whole person with a life outside of work.

Ownership. We push the mission forward with an entrepreneurial spirit, getting ahead of problems rather than reacting to them. We are scrappy and decisive, jumping in to support the team while working toward sustainable solutions.

Evidence. We answer with proof points, not just intuition. Instinct is a signal that pushes us to look deeper. It is the start of an inquiry, not the end.

Service. We exist to create a better healthcare system and experience. Every billing decision, hiring choice, and line of code eventually reaches the patient, and we build with them in mind. In every role, the patient stays at the center.
