Director, Clinical Operations and Strategy

Lantern is looking for a Director of Clinical Operations and Strategy to join our fast-growing team. We are looking for a seasoned operations and strategy leader, who has a passion for complex clinical operations and optimization problems, to lead various clinical priorities from inception, ideation and discovery, through to road mapping, prioritization, experimentation, and implementation. This position requires an experienced operator who can efficiently lead cross-functional projects, stand-up new initiatives from 0->1 and lead a highly effective clinical operations organization. You will be successful in this role if you can straddle the balance of leading and doing. You should be a systems-thinker, prioritize well, and make high-quality, data-driven decisions, but also be willing to roll up your sleeves to help us continuously improve. This role will work closely with senior clinical leaders and collaborate across all parts of the organization. While this role is focused on ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing operation of clinical priorities, you will also be expected to provide support to the Chief Medical Officer in a Chief of Staff capacity as needed.
