About the role
As an Account Executive focused on enterprise agencies, you will own complex, high-value sales cycles with agency networks, holding-company groups and the largest independent agencies across SEO, digital, performance, PR, creative and integrated marketing.
These organisations serve global brands, operate across many markets and decide on technology through innovation teams, practice leads and procurement. You'll help them understand how AI search is changing discovery for their clients, and how Searchable can become a standard part of their offering across offices, practices and client teams.
This is a high-impact, early GTM role for someone who can run long, multi-stakeholder deals, build trust at the most senior levels of agency leadership and shape how the industry's biggest players package AI search visibility. You'll work closely with the founders, marketing, customer success, product and partnerships to define our enterprise agency strategy and turn early relationships into network-wide partnerships.
What you'll do
Own the full enterprise agency sales cycle, from account planning and executive outreach through discovery, pilot, business case, procurement, legal and close.
Build and manage a focused list of target networks, holding-company groups and large independents, with a clear plan for each.
Build relationships with Chief Strategy Officers, Chief Innovation Officers, global heads of SEO, search, content and PR, and the practice leads who shape how agencies sell.
Navigate complex buying groups, including innovation, practice leadership, client services, data, IT, security, finance and procurement.
Design and run pilots with specific client teams, then turn successful pilots into multi-market, multi-practice agreements.
Position Searchable as a strategic platform that helps agencies measure AI search visibility, uncover client opportunities, benchmark competitors and prove ROI for global brands.
Work with agencies to identify high-value client use cases across SEO, AEO, content strategy, digital PR, e-commerce, B2B demand generation and brand visibility.
Negotiate enterprise agreements, including master service agreements, preferred-vendor status, volume pricing and partner tiers.
Partner with customer success on rollout plans across offices, practices and client accounts.
Collaborate with marketing and partnerships on agency co-marketing, joint thought leadership, events and case studies.
Feed market insight back into product, helping shape enterprise requirements such as permissions, multi-client reporting, security and integrations.
Help define Searchable's enterprise agency motion, including account selection, deal strategy, partnership structures and expansion playbooks.
Who you are
A proven enterprise B2B SaaS seller who has closed large, complex deals with agency networks, holding companies or global marketing organisations.
You understand how large agencies work: how they evaluate and standardise technology, how holding companies and individual agencies interact, and how tools get embedded into client proposals and retainers.
You are comfortable selling an emerging category and can build a business case that stands up to senior leadership and procurement.
You are strategic and patient on long cycles, but relentless about keeping deals moving and every stakeholder aligned.
You run a rigorous sales process. You map buying groups, qualify thoroughly and forecast accurately.
You are credible with C-suite agency leaders, but equally comfortable working with practitioners in SEO, content, analytics and client strategy.
You are entrepreneurial and excited to help build the enterprise agency motion, not simply inherit one.
You care about the future of search, AI and how brands will be discovered as people increasingly ask AI systems for answers.
What we're looking for
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including full-cycle ownership of enterprise deals.
Experience selling to agency networks, holding-company groups, large independent agencies or enterprise marketing technology buyers.
Experience selling partner, agency or multi-account models, ideally with multi-market rollouts.
A strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota on large, complex deals with long sales cycles.
Experience navigating procurement, security reviews, legal negotiation and enterprise agreements.
Ability to build senior relationships and multi-thread across large organisations.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations and business cases.
Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where speed, iteration and ownership matter.
Interest in AI search, SEO, AEO, GEO, digital marketing, analytics or the future of brand discovery.
Nice to have
Existing relationships across agency networks, holding companies or large independent agencies.
Experience in SEO, content marketing, martech, analytics, social listening, PR tech or competitive intelligence.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Salesforce, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Similarweb or related enterprise marketing platforms.
Experience structuring agency partnerships, preferred-vendor agreements or global technology rollouts.
Experience helping agencies package new services or build recurring revenue around emerging technology.
