About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own complex, high-value sales cycles with large brands across retail, e-commerce, consumer, financial services, travel, technology and B2B.
These organisations run multiple brands, markets and marketing teams, and they buy through cross-functional groups that include brand, SEO, content, communications, analytics, IT and procurement. You'll help senior marketing leaders understand how AI search is changing the way customers discover, compare and choose brands, and how Searchable gives them the visibility, benchmarks and insight to respond.
This is a high-impact, early GTM role for someone who can run long, multi-stakeholder deals, build trust with CMOs and VPs, and help shape how the world's biggest brands approach AI search visibility. You'll work closely with the founders, marketing, customer success, product and partnerships to define our enterprise strategy and turn early relationships into lasting, expanding partnerships.
What you'll do
Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from account planning and executive outreach through discovery, pilot, business case, procurement, security, legal and close.
Build and manage a focused list of target accounts, with a clear account plan for each.
Build relationships with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Brand, Digital and Communications, and global heads of SEO, content and analytics.
Navigate complex buying groups across marketing, communications, analytics, IT, security, finance and procurement.
Design and run pilots with clear success criteria, then turn successful pilots into multi-brand, multi-market agreements.
Position Searchable as a strategic platform that helps enterprise teams measure AI search visibility, track sentiment, benchmark competitors and connect AI referral traffic to business outcomes.
Build business cases that connect AI search visibility to revenue, brand reputation and market share.
Identify high-value use cases across SEO, AEO, content strategy, digital PR, e-commerce, demand generation and brand protection.
Work alongside customers' agencies where relevant, so Searchable fits into how the brand already operates.
Partner with customer success on rollout plans across brands, regions and teams, setting up long-term expansion.
Feed market insight back into product, helping shape enterprise requirements such as permissions, security, integrations and executive reporting.
Help define Searchable's enterprise motion, including account selection, qualification, deal strategy, pricing feedback and expansion playbooks.
Who you are
A proven enterprise B2B SaaS seller who has closed large, complex deals with global brands or enterprise marketing organisations.
You understand how large marketing organisations buy: budget cycles, competing priorities, procurement, security reviews and the need for executive sponsorship.
You are comfortable selling an emerging category and can build a business case that stands up to a CMO, CFO and procurement.
You are strategic and patient on long cycles, but relentless about keeping deals moving and every stakeholder aligned.
You run a rigorous sales process. You map buying groups, qualify thoroughly and forecast accurately.
You are credible with C-suite marketing leaders, but equally comfortable working with practitioners in SEO, content, analytics and communications.
You are entrepreneurial and excited to help build the enterprise motion, not simply inherit one.
You care about the future of search, AI and how brands will be discovered as people increasingly ask AI systems for answers.
What we're looking for
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including full-cycle ownership of enterprise deals.
Experience selling to enterprise marketing, brand, SEO, communications or digital teams, or to marketing technology buyers.
A strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota on large, complex deals with long sales cycles.
Experience navigating procurement, security reviews, legal negotiation and enterprise agreements.
Experience landing and expanding across multiple brands, regions or business units.
Ability to build senior relationships and multi-thread across large organisations.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations and business cases.
Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where speed, iteration and ownership matter.
Interest in AI search, SEO, AEO, GEO, digital marketing, analytics or the future of brand discovery.
Nice to have
Existing relationships with enterprise CMOs, marketing leaders or global SEO and digital teams.
Experience in SEO, content marketing, martech, analytics, social listening, PR tech or competitive intelligence.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Salesforce, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Similarweb or related enterprise marketing platforms.
Experience with a structured sales methodology such as MEDDICC or Command of the Message.
Experience selling into accounts where agencies influence or co-own the buying decision.
