About the role
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle with in-house marketing teams at growing B2B, e-commerce, consumer and SaaS brands.
These are lean, ambitious teams where a Head of Marketing, Head of SEO or Growth lead owns results and makes decisions quickly. You'll help them understand how AI search is changing the way their customers discover and compare brands, and how Searchable helps them see where they stand, where competitors are winning and what to do about it.
This is a high-velocity, early GTM role for someone who loves building pipeline, running a tight process and closing a high volume of new logos. You'll work closely with the founders, marketing, customer success and product to refine our positioning, build repeatable playbooks and turn early demand into a scalable growth engine.
What you'll do
Own the full mid-market sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation and close.
Build a consistent pipeline through outbound, inbound, events and referrals, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.
Sell to Heads of Marketing, Directors of Digital, and SEO, content and growth leads, often closing with one or two key decision makers.
Run efficient sales cycles measured in weeks, using sharp discovery and tailored demos to show value early.
Position Searchable as the platform that helps marketing teams measure AI search visibility, benchmark competitors, track sentiment and connect AI referral traffic to results.
Identify high-value use cases across SEO, AEO, content strategy, digital PR, e-commerce, demand generation and brand visibility.
Partner with customer success so new customers launch quickly and reach a first meaningful result in their first weeks.
Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, webinars and case studies built for the mid-market buyer.
Feed market insight back into product, helping shape features, onboarding, reporting and packaging.
Help define the mid-market motion, including ICP, qualification criteria, sales stages, pricing feedback and expansion paths.
Who you are
A proven B2B SaaS seller with experience closing deals with marketing, SEO or growth teams at pace.
You understand how mid-market marketing teams work: small teams, broad remits, tight budgets and pressure to show results fast.
You are comfortable selling an emerging category and can turn new technology into a clear commercial story in a single conversation.
You have strong outbound instincts and enjoy building pipeline from scratch, not just working inbound.
You run a disciplined, high-volume process. You qualify hard, move deals forward quickly and know when to walk away.
You are consultative and commercially sharp. You can diagnose a team's goals and show how Searchable helps them win share of voice and prove impact.
You are entrepreneurial and excited to help build the sales motion, not simply inherit one.
You care about the future of search, AI and how brands will be discovered as people increasingly ask AI systems for answers.
What we're looking for
3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with ownership of full-cycle closing.
Experience selling to marketing, SEO, content, digital or growth teams at SMB or mid-market companies.
A strong track record of hitting or exceeding a new business quota with a high volume of deals.
Creative prospecting skills and the ability to build pipeline consistently.
Strong discovery, demo, negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where speed, iteration and ownership matter.
Interest in AI search, SEO, AEO, GEO, digital marketing, analytics or the future of brand discovery.
Nice to have
Experience selling SEO, content, martech, analytics, social listening, PR tech or competitive intelligence tools.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Similarweb.
Experience in a product-led or hybrid sales motion, including converting trials into paid customers.
Early-stage startup experience where you helped build the sales process.
