About the opportunity

This role sits within the Brazil Commercial team, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director / Commercial Lead. The team drives Teads’ advertiser-first strategy and programmatic advertising solutions across Brazil, working closely with Client Services, Ad Operations, Sales Planning, Creative, and Research.

As Sales Manager, you will own commercial growth across a targeted portfolio of agency and advertiser accounts, with a particular focus on Grupo Omnicom. You will identify and convert new opportunities, grow existing partnerships, and consistently deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets while representing Teads in the Brazilian digital advertising ecosystem.

What will you do?

Strategy & Commercial Execution

Prospect, develop, negotiate, and close opportunities with key agencies and advertisers, prioritizing the assigned Grupo Omnicom portfolio.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and strategic account planning through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Build and manage a healthy commercial pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets; identify opportunities to expand existing client partnerships.
Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts in Salesforce.

Client Engagement & Advocacy

Build trusted, long-term relationships with key brand and agency decision-makers and act as a strategic advisor to clients.
Present integrated Teads solutions spanning branding, attention-based formats, native, performance, omnichannel, and programmatic advertising, aligned to client objectives.
Represent Teads as an active brand advocate in the marketplace, supporting satisfaction, renewals, retention, and incremental growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Client Services, Ad Operations, Sales Planning, Creative, and Research to align expectations, build proposals, and deliver successful campaigns.
Translate client feedback and campaign performance into actionable insights and improvements; maintain consistent commercial communication across touchpoints.

What will you bring to the team?

Must-Haves (Essential Experience & Skills)
- Proven success in digital media or AdTech sales, including new-business development, negotiation, closing, and revenue delivery.
- Strong relationships with Brazilian media agencies and brand advertisers, and knowledge of agency decision-makers and the local market.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and branding and performance solutions.
- Professional fluency in English and native-level Portuguese, with strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, resilient, highly organized, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves (Performance Multipliers)
- Experience with technology platforms or SaaS-based advertising solutions.
- Knowledge of broader LATAM digital markets.
