About the Role
Own and grow a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers using an AI-powered phone assistant. You will work with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to improve adoption, demonstrate customer value, and drive account growth.
What You'll Do
Act as the primary contact for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle.
Run account reviews and discovery conversations to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities.
Analyze product usage and explain how AI automation can improve customer processes.
Own expansion revenue, including upgrades, add-ons, and renewals, against monthly and quarterly targets.
Support onboarding and ongoing adoption to strengthen retention.
Share structured customer and market feedback with Product and go-to-market teams.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline, and conduct regular customer touchpoints and business reviews.
Coordinate account plans with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, and help develop the account growth approach.
What We're Looking For
At least one year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.
Experience with upsells, renewals, or expansion revenue in existing accounts.
Strong product and technical understanding, with an interest in AI and machine learning.
Native-level German and confidence leading customer calls, reviews, and demos.
A structured, customer-focused approach and a sense of ownership; startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
OTE is €65,000 to €95,000 annually, comprising fixed salary and uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Vienna, Austria, with hybrid work possible.
