Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is responsible for executing production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, integration, and basic testing of mechanical and/or electronic components.
- Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and production documentation accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as required.
- Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report non-conformances or process deviations.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with workplace standards.
Qualifications
Education:
Relevant studies or technical training in manufacturing, electronics, mechanics, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a regulated or high-quality manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings.
- Experience using manufacturing tracking systems.
- Previous experience working in controlled production environments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet production deadlines.
- High level of accountability and reliability.
