About the role
Remote in EMEA, or hybrid in Barcelona.
You'll decide how a category-defining travel company tells its story.
Nuitée powers hotel booking for some of the biggest names in travel and fintech. The product and our partnerships have driven that growth, and the next step is telling the story at the scale the business has reached.
You'll own Nuitée's external voice end to end: brand, PR, events, and social. It starts with one story that works for both sides of our marketplace: the travel and fintech companies that distribute hotels, and the hotels themselves. Then you get that story in front of the right people, consistently.
Marketing at Nuitée is a growth engine. Every story, announcement, and event should help open doors and drive revenue. You'll set the direction and get hands-on with the work, seeing your ideas through from first draft to launch.
What you'll own:
Brand & Creative Direction
- Own Nuitée's positioning, narrative, and visual identity, and make sure the brand feels consistent and distinctive at every touchpoint.
- Build one story that resonates with travel platforms, fintechs, and hotels alike, and strengthen Nuitée's reputation with hotels and supply partners.
- Set the creative direction for launches, campaigns, events, and presentations, and shape design work directly.
PR & Communications
- Own PR end to end, from partner announcements and press releases to executive talking points and thought leadership.
- Build relationships with travel, tech, and business media, and plan the outlets and partnerships that matter each quarter.
- Raise the profile of Nuitée's leadership through interviews, speaking slots, and industry commentary.
Events & Experiences
- Build the events calendar with Sales: where Nuitée shows up across travel, tech, fintech, and AI, and how.
- Lead the concept, branding, and execution of events, from sponsorships to our own dinners and activations.
- Turn events into relationships and pipeline, and measure what each one delivers.
Content & Social
- Build an editorial point of view for Nuitée across LinkedIn, the website, and other owned channels.
- Turn product launches, partnerships, and company milestones into stories, and help leaders and teams share them.
- Make complex infrastructure, APIs, and AI innovation simple and memorable.
Digital Brand
- Own the brand experience across the website and key digital surfaces, working with Product and Growth.
- Build pages, assets, and content yourself, using AI tools to move fast.
Building the Function
- Set up brand guidelines, templates, and processes so everyone at Nuitée tells the same story.
- Work with freelancers and partners where needed, and grow the function as it proves its impact
Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, was profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel, and works with companies such as Revolut, Grab, Hopper, and Priceline. Telling that story well, to the right audiences, is now a priority for the business.
This role fits if you:
- Have 6–8+ years across marketing, PR, communications, or events, building the brand of a fast-growing tech, SaaS, fintech, or travel-tech company.
- Can turn complex technical products into simple, compelling stories, and take them all the way to high-quality execution.
- Have led PR and media relations, including sensitive partner announcements, and are comfortable representing a company externally alongside senior leaders.
- Have created and delivered industry events, launches, or brand activations.
- Have a strong eye for design. You can direct creative work and build assets, pages, and content yourself, using AI tools to move faster.
- Are equally comfortable setting strategy and executing hands-on in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus if you have travel industry experience, especially with hotels, hotel tech, or distribution, or an existing network across travel media and industry events.
Nuitée moves quickly, keeps things simple, and gives people a lot of ownership. You’ll do well here if you’re comfortable making decisions, prefer shipping and learning over long planning cycles, and enjoy seeing your ideas go live within days.
