We’re growing ZURU Creative and looking for a Social & Content Manager to be the glue that holds it all together: part hustler, part thinker, part high-fiver, and a brand lover who thinks in TikTok and Instagram. You’ll sit where strategy meets execution, turning briefs into campaigns, chaos into calendars and junior energy into polished work across global platforms and multiple brands. Position Impact
ZURU Creative is on a mission to build the best internal creative agency in the world, filling feeds with thumb-stopping, FOMO-inducing, culture-defining ideas for our brands. You’ll have the resources of a global toy company with none of the client red tape: healthy budgets, real markets and work that reaches millions of fans across dozens of countries. You’ll own the work from idea to live, alongside Creative, Brand, Digital and local market teams who are obsessive about culture, craft and ambition. You won’t just run the content. You’ll shape the team that makes it.
How you’ll help us grow
Lead content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Meta, owning the plan from brief to post
Ideate organic and paid campaign concepts that grow brand identity and drive real business results
Brief video, animation and design production with the clarity and rigour that gets great work made on time
Oversee localisation so global campaigns land with cultural relevance in every market
Own the creator and influencer pipeline, from brief to output, making sure content performs on every channel
Be the bridge between Creative, Brand, Digital and local markets: everyone aligned, everyone moving fast
Drive optimisation through performance data, competitive research and platform trend analysis
Mentor junior team members: sharpen their thinking, elevate their craft and coach their growth
