The role

As Sales Trainer, you equip our sales force in your region with the tools, skills and knowledge to sell new and existing products well. You will raise the productivity of new DSRs, make sure newly recruited DSRs convert, and support sales activity across the region. You sit in the Sales department and report to the Regional Sales Training Lead.

Our 2,300+ employees and 35,000+ field agents make it happen, and the Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) you train are where every customer relationship begins.

This is a hybrid role, you would be working from our offices in Ghana, partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe and Africa. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales.

The honest part
This role is accountable. Your DSR conversion numbers are visible, the 95% Quality of Sales and 80% satisfaction targets are real, and outages will ask you to communicate clearly at short notice.
