The ideal candidate has experience in clinical research patient recruitment and is comfortable engaging prospective participants by phone, conducting protocol-specific prescreening, documenting patient information accurately, and helping move qualified candidates through the recruitment process. What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means maintaining consistent and timely patient outreach, accurately identifying potentially qualified participants, minimizing lead drop-off through effective follow-up, and helping the site maintain a healthy screening pipeline across its clinical trials.

The Patient Recruitment & Prescreening Specialist should function as an extension of the site team, providing prospective participants with a professional and positive first experience while helping the site meet its enrollment objectives.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong patient engagement skills, accurate prescreening and documentation, and the ability to manage recruitment pipelines effectively. Experience with cardiology or cardiovascular studies will be particularly valuable in supporting recruitment efforts for relevant trials.
