Rotational Teams You Will Work With
Human Capital Business Partners (HCBP)
- KKR's Human Capital Business Partners are a team of dynamic individuals responsible for providing strategic human capital counsel and support to KKR's employees across every stage of the employee lifecycle. HCBPs serve as trusted advisors to business leaders — aligning people strategy with commercial priorities across talent management, workforce planning, performance, organizational effectiveness, and change. They partner closely with Human Capital Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Culture, People Ops & Data, Total Rewards, DEI) to seamlessly deliver human capital services and solutions to the business.
Talent Acquisition
- KKR's Talent Acquisition team was launched in 2020 with a small, US-focused effort and today is a global team of 20+ with capabilities spanning campus and early-career pipelines through senior, experienced hires across Asset Management, Insurance, and Business Operations. The team is a tight-knit, collaborative group that values excellence and teamwork and believes KKR's greatest assets are the people working around us. TA partners closely with hiring managers across the firm to identify, attract, assess, and hire talent — driving the strategy, processes, and programs that bring new colleagues into KKR.
People Operations
- KKR's People Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Human Capital transactions and support across the employee lifecycle — including onboarding and offboarding, employee transfers, background checks and employment verification, payroll documentation, and general coordination of employee data across the HRIS (Workday). The team collaborates closely with the global Human Capital, Corporate Services & Real Estate, and Technology teams to enhance system processes in line with overall firm goals. Though structured regionally, the remit is global, involving close coordination across the global HC Operations team to ensure seamless, high-quality service to employees.
People Analytics, Technology & Operations (PATO)
- KKR's PATO team is on a mission to build an industry-leading insights capacity for Human Capital, centralizing "gold-standard" automated reporting at scale as KKR modernizes its People Analytics function and Human Capital tech ecosystem. The team serves as an innovation and design partner to Human Capital and Technology, fueling a culture of evidence-based decision-making and leaning into AI-forward methods to rethink data capture, analysis, and reporting.
