What you'll do
- Lead business partnering with sales and marketing on projects, customer negotiations, pricing, and promotions to deliver clear financial insights.
- Manage commercial controlling with a focus on sales rebate management, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Drive the transformation and improvement of commercial finance processes to increase efficiency and forecast accuracy.
- Guide the team by raising risks and opportunities related to financial performance, supporting sustainable growth.
- Oversee and develop one direct report, fostering a collaborative and high-performing finance team.
Performance
You will own the accuracy of financial forecasts and the quality of commercial insights that influence key business decisions. Your leadership will directly impact profitable growth and financial health in Poland, measured by forecast accuracy and the successful implementation of finance transformation initiatives. Your data-driven approach will ensure that the business stays one step ahead in a fast-moving market.

Reporting to the Cluster CFO of Central and Southeastern Europe, you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing leads in Poland, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accountability. Your decisions will reflect long-term thinking, balancing immediate business needs with sustainable financial practices that support Flora Food Group’s commitment to better food and responsible growth.

Your mindset is growth-oriented, and you demonstrate resilience and leadership in driving results through others.
You are genuinely interested in food culture and curious about how consumer behaviour and future food trends shape innovation. You understand that strong brands are built by anticipating what’s next in taste, nutrition and functionality, and by translating insight into meaningful consumer experiences.
