Build tools and one-off pipelines to address urgent customer, partner, and internal needs.
Work with research and go-to-market teams to unblock deployments.
Balance fast turnaround with quality, correctness, and appropriate security care.
Document recurring issues and automate manual work into reusable tools or processes.

Two to four years of experience in applied research engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or a similar hands-on technical role.
Research engineering experience alongside experience in forward-deployed work.
Proficiency with Python, Docker, and Linux environments.
Experience with benchmarks and evaluations for reinforcement learning training data and AI agents, including judgment about realistic tasks, reliable rubrics, and useful training trajectories.
Strong debugging skills across code, data, and environments, with the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
