About Nox Metals. American factories deserve a supply chain that moves as fast as they do. Nox Metals is building it, along with the tools that run it. We’re a technology company supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.

Record work and material movements accurately in our software
Help the team meet weekend production and shipment commitments
Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area
Communicate open work and problems clearly to the next shift
Complete other tasks as assigned
You are:
Available and dependable for the full assigned weekend schedule
Serious about safety
Flexible and willing to learn multiple floor functions
Attentive to detail and comfortable with physical work
A steady teammate who takes ownership without constant supervision
Comfortable with software or willing to learn
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., operate equipment, and remain on your feet for a full shift with or without reasonable accommodation
Nice to have:
Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or industrial experience
Forklift, crane, saw, or machine-operation experience
Experience working extended or weekend shifts
Experience handling metals
Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter
