About the Role
Join a fast-moving engineering team at a seed-stage AI productivity software company. You will work on two core challenges: building scalable backend systems and improving the reliability and efficiency of the AI agent flows that power the product.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain backend systems and services that can operate at scale.
Optimize and iterate on large language model integrations and AI agent orchestration.
Improve the reliability and efficiency of AI-powered product workflows.
Take ownership of technical work and ship software that supports platform performance and user experience.
What We're Looking For
Typically 8 to 10 or more years of relevant experience, with a substantial hands-on record of coding and shipping software.
Strong backend engineering experience building scalable systems.
Practical experience optimizing LLM integrations and AI agent flows in production.
A portfolio of side projects demonstrating technical depth and sustained curiosity.
Startup experience is preferred, particularly in a fast-growing environment, along with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to engineering craft.
Willingness and legal eligibility to work on-site in Stockholm, including relocation if needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is $80,000 to $120,000 USD annually, plus equity. The compensation mix may be negotiable. Visa sponsorship is not available.
