About the Role
Join a B2B growth marketing services team helping businesses strengthen customer acquisition and grow revenue. You will own client relationships and guide growth strategy, working with specialists who support campaign and go-to-market execution.
What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 B2B clients, serving as their main point of contact.
Meet regularly with managing directors and senior decision-makers to review goals, performance, and growth opportunities.
Develop and advise on client growth strategies, using data to identify opportunities and guide priorities.
Support client retention and account growth through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling.
Coordinate with go-to-market and performance marketing specialists to support the execution of client plans.
Monitor account performance and communicate progress and recommendations clearly.
What We're Looking For
Approximately 2 to 5 years of B2B experience with direct ownership of client accounts.
A track record supported by measurable results, such as account portfolio size, retention, or upsell performance.
Experience advising managing directors or other senior decision-makers directly.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data.
Experience with B2B client retention, upselling, or cross-selling.
Native-level German; good English is an advantage.
Outbound, lead generation, B2B acquisition, consulting, agency, or startup experience is helpful. Familiarity with performance marketing or CRM systems is also useful.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed compensation is €50,000 to €70,000 annually, plus commission of 12.5% on MRR. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office. The first month is fully on-site.
