As a Digital Marketing & Design Specialist at GURUS, you’ll join a collaborative marketing team that drives our digital presence across multiple company brands. In this role, you’ll blend graphic design with hands-on marketing strategy, creating polished visual content, launching targeted B2B campaigns, and managing our social media channels. Working closely with the team, you’ll use your experience in design, web tools, and emerging technology to turn fresh ideas into practical campaigns that generate real lead growth and clear executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities for the Digital Marketing & Design Specialist;
- Design & Prototyping: Lead graphic design and general digital marketing initiatives across multiple company portfolios, ensuring brand consistency using Adobe and Canva.
- Acquisition & Optimization: Spin up, maintain, and/or optimize inbound B2B campaigns (email, events, ads) to capture high-intent B2B website traffic/engagement and improve inbound lead quality.
- Social Media Management: Take full ownership of social media channels, tailoring unique, platform-specific content to the algorithms and audiences of each specific platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as an embedded member of the marketing team, moving quickly from idea to shipped solution across multiple brands.
- Executive Reporting: Translate marketing metrics into actionable insights, building clear reports for executive leadership
What do we value in our Digital Marketing & Design Specialist?
- Experience & Expertise: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B strategies. Proven track record of creating and managing email campaigns, running digital marketing campaigns, and overseeing corporate social media accounts.
- Creative Foundation: Strong background in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
- Technical & MarTech Stack: Hands-on experience with WordPress is required; familiarity with Drupal and HubSpot is a strong asset. Functional knowledge of SEO, Google Search Console/Webmaster Tools, and Google Analytics is highly preferred.
- Emerging Tech & Innovation: A strong interest or experience in using GenAI tools to scale growth experiments, produce content, and optimize marketing workflows.
- Project & Sister-Company Management: Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple campaigns across sister companies simultaneously.
- Language Requirements: Bilingualism is required, as 75% of our clients are located outside the province of Quebec.
