Your Role in Our Story:
As a Sr. Treasury Analyst, you will:
- Monitor global account balances, arrange funding, and determine short- and longer-term Group borrowing or paydown requirements
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash forecasts; analyze drivers and variances; and lead improvements and automation of the forecasting process
- Execute treasury settlements, oversee trade settlements, and investigate differences between expected and actual cash movements
- Coordinate payments (especially prepayments), stock deliveries, and ultimately collections with the local finance & ops teams
- Reconcile transactions in FIS Integrity, close and settle internal FX deals in the TMS, execute external FX settlements through FXall, and support exposure monitoring and hedging
- Open, maintain, and monitor parent guarantees, bank guarantees, and letters of credit in the TMS, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up
- Act as an operational contact for banking matters and support account openings, mandates, KYC, AML, electronic banking, and issue resolution
- Track and report bank fees, interest income, treasury KPIs, dashboards, and weekly working-capital measures, highlighting material trends or discrepancies
- Apply treasury controls and segregation of duties, maintain procedures and audit trails, and support external and year-end audit requests, including bank-loan confirmations.
- Prioritize funding, margin, and collateral needs and coordinate with trading, operations, accounting, and middle office to resolve time-critical breaks
- Guide junior colleagues, communicate treasury efficiencies to senior management, strengthen service levels, and lead standardization, automation, and ad-hoc projects
Your Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related discipline
- 5-10 years of experience in an operational treasury role, with demonstrated ownership of daily cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, settlements, and transaction processing
- Strong understanding of multi-currency cash management, FX exposures, funding mechanics, treasury controls, and segregation of duties
- Advanced Excel skills for forecasting, reconciliations, and scenario analysis, combined with excellent attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with a treasury management system and electronic banking platforms; experience with FIS Integrity is a nice to have
- Experience with KPI reporting and analytics; Power BI experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of KYC, AML, banking compliance, guarantees, and letters of credit
The base pay range for this position is $110,000-$150,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay is just one component of the total competitive compensation package for employees.
