What You’ll Do as a Client Services Manager

• Drive business growth by proactively developing your caseload, cultivating new relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand services.

• Coordinate client schedules and staffing assignments to ensure consistent, reliable coverage and meet the ongoing needs of clients.

• Manage daily scheduling challenges by responding to call-offs, addressing coverage gaps, and coordinating replacement staff to minimize disruptions in care.

• Build strong relationships with clients and families through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and responsive customer service.

• Proactively follow up on new referrals to understand client needs, coordinate service starts, and turn opportunities into lasting client relationships.

• Develop referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, payors, and other referral sources to strengthen BAYADA’s presence in the community.

• Participate in marketing events and community outreach to promote BAYADA services, generate referrals, and identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and field employees regarding schedules, assignments, client needs, and changes in service.

• Partner with Clinical Managers to support field staff, address client or staffing concerns, and ensure appropriate care and service delivery.

• Monitor key performance metrics related to caseload growth, staffing, service delivery, and financial performance to support office goals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Prior healthcare experience preferred.

• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or relationship management strongly preferred.

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, take initiative, and assume increasing levels of responsibility.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing schedules and staffing needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.

• Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn and use electronic medical records and scheduling systems.

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the motivation to grow a caseload, improve service delivery, and contribute to office success.
