Purpose:

Wettermark Keith is seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize our Salesforce platform while serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team. 

This role is critical to ensuring the day-to-day success of firm operations by maintaining system health, driving enhancements, managing project requests/execution, and coordinating releases with Product Management. The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce administrative expertise with project management discipline and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. 

This is a full-time role and may be remote. Candidates near our Birmingham, Alabama, or Nashville, Tennessee, office are strongly preferred. Compensation for the role includes a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, a discretionary year-end bonus, and benefits.
