About the Team

At PlayStation, we're not just building the Best Place to Play — we're also building the Best Place to Work.

The People Analytics team within Sony Interactive Entertainment's (SIE) People & Places organization partners with leaders across the business to transform people data into meaningful insights and smarter decisions. We're a small but mighty team passionate about making data more accessible, actionable, and engaging for the people who use it.

We're currently on a mission to level up our entire portfolio of People Analytics dashboards — reimagining how we visualize workforce and workplace data, expanding access to insights, and empowering more leaders to make informed decisions through intuitive, self-service analytics.

We're looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to join us on a 6-month contract and help bring this vision to life.

About the Role

As a Tableau Developer on the People Analytics team, you'll play a critical role in modernizing our dashboard portfolio, combining exceptional data visualization skills with the technical expertise needed to make people data more accessible without compromising security.

You'll focus on two key priorities:

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building exceptional data products, enjoys solving technical challenges, and takes pride in creating solutions that people genuinely want to use.

What You'll Be Doing

Dashboard Design & Development

Most importantly, you'll help us turn people data into better decisions — and better experiences for the people who make PlayStation extraordinary.

At SIE, working with our partners, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
