Southpark Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager who brings together operational excellence, a passion for mentorship, and a commitment to building a strong team culture. The ideal candidate will have veterinary experience and a background in leadership, training, and team development, along with a business-minded approach to hospital growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys developing training protocols, strengthening team skills, and helping a hospital continue moving in a positive direction.

As our Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with the Medical Director and leadership team, taking ownership of daily operations and helping drive continued growth and success. With plenty of opportunities to improve processes, develop team members, and shape a positive hospital culture, this role is ideal for a leader who enjoys a challenge and wants to make a lasting impact.

Pay Range$65,000—$75,000 USD
