At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most.

Marketing & Privacy Engineering (MPE) builds trusted, privacy-aware consumer web experiences and measurement systems that enable sustainable growth. Within MPE, the Marketing pillar owns Affirm’s Logged-Out Web experiences, web experimentation, client-side tagging, marketing technology integrations, attribution, and measurement. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build the data and measurement foundations that connect consumer acquisition activity across paid media, SEO/AEO, and other growth channels to downstream outcomes such as signup, conversion, and GMV. You will work at the intersection of data engineering and marketing technology, building reliable pipelines, identity and event data systems, attribution and conversion measurement, and integrations across our marketing and data ecosystems. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Data Engineering so that consent, tagging, identity, and consumer-data requirements are incorporated into measurement architecture from the start. This role is a strong fit for an engineer who enjoys ambiguous cross-functional problems, cares deeply about data quality and operational reliability, and wants to build durable measurement capabilities that help teams understand the effectiveness of consumer growth investments.
