Position Summary

The Finway Group, a Strongpoint partner, is seeking an experienced Loans & Distributions Manager to lead our Loans and Distributions team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented retirement plan professional who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and delivering exceptional client service.

In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of the Loans and Distributions team, ensuring participant requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with plan documents and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for managing team workloads, monitoring performance, resolving complex issues, and maintaining strong relationships with recordkeepers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of retirement plan loans and distributions, proven leadership experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. We're looking for someone who values collaboration, accountability, and professional development while supporting Finway's commitment to exceptional service.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States. Due to the primary locations of our client teams, preference will be given to candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones.
