Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, fully qualified Company Secretary to join our Finance and Tax team and support Brunswick’s international operations.

This is a senior role at the heart of Brunswick’s governance framework, providing trusted advice to the Board of Directors and senior leadership. The Company Secretary will lead our corporate governance and regulatory compliance activities, ensuring Brunswick maintains high standards of governance and meets its obligations under the UK Corporate Governance Code and Companies Act 2006.

Reporting to the Head of International Tax, the role will work closely with the Group Financial Controller and other senior colleagues across the firm, providing thoughtful, pragmatic guidance on governance and corporate matters.

We are open to considering part-time or flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
