Experience developing software both with and without agentic or generative AI coding tools.
Ability to use coding assistants and AI agents effectively to accelerate development while maintaining engineering quality.
Ability to independently evaluate, debug, and validate AI-generated code.
Strong accountability for the correctness, security, performance, and maintainability of all production code.
Understanding of how to protect proprietary code, credentials, and sensitive information when using AI development tools.
Nice to Have
Experience building social, creator, community, or media-focused applications.
Experience working with media-heavy mobile applications.
Experience with real-time features, feeds, messaging, or content publishing.
Experience with performance optimization and mobile observability.
Experience working in a fast-paced product environment with frequent releases.
Experience mentoring engineers or contributing to mobile engineering standards.
