The role
We seek an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager join the Strategic Initiatives team. In this role, you will be collaborating with various departments including, product, engineering, legal andfinance, leading technical product programs for the business.
Your responsibilities will include:

Own initiatives end-to-end, including scope, sequencing, dependency tracking and decision unblocking.

Partner with product, engineering, legal, finance/SOX, sales, marketing and operations to deliver strategic initiatives.

Proactively identify, communicate and escalate cross-functional risks before they affect delivery or launch.

Create and maintain core planning documents, including PRDs, rollback plans, launch communications, risk logs and analytics.

Lead stakeholder communications, including regular updates, field-team enablement, support training, marketing coordination and supporting materials.

Report progress, risks, dependencies and blockers to initiative sponsors and the Strategic Initiatives Lead.
We expect you to have:

Strong experience in programme management, technical product management or a similar cross-functional delivery role.

A proven track record of owning complex launches involving coordination across multiple teams.

A hands-on approach, with the ability to organise, manage and deliver the work rather than only track progress.

The ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information, resolve ambiguity and drive decisions through to completion.

Experience working in cloud infrastructure, billing or another regulated commercial environment.
